CyLyse™ EZ

Quantity 100 ml
Background Information Leukocyte analysis and detection in peripheral blood requires elimination of interfering cells, mainly erythrocytes. So far, the Ficoll density gradient method was used to separate leukocytes from whole blood. This method is rather time consuming and may lead to a loss of certain cell subsets. Direct blood sample staining followed by red blood cell lysis therefore takes place in clinical laboratories as a fast and easy method for whole blood flow cytometry analysis.
Usage The CyLyse™ EZ lysing solution is intended for red blood cell lysis following antibody staining of human peripheral blood leukocytes. The lysing solution is a 10× concentrated and must be diluted 10× with deionized water prior to use (1 volume of concentrated solution with 9 volumes of deionized water). The content of the vial (100 ml) is sufficient for 1000-2000 tests.
Storage 10× concentrated CyLyse™ EZ store at 2-25 °C. The prepared solution (1× concentrated) is stable for 1 month when stored at room temperature.
Stability Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.

CyLyse™ LV

Quantity 100 ml
Background Information Leukocyte analysis and detection in peripheral blood requires elimination of interfering cells, mainly erythrocytes. So far, the Ficoll density gradient method was used to separate leukocytes from whole blood. This method is rather time consuming and may lead to a loss of certain cell subsets. Direct blood sample staining followed by red blood cell lysis therefore takes place in clinical laboratories as a fast and easy method for whole blood flow cytometry analysis. The CyLyse™ LV lysing solution allows for red blood cell lysis and is free of fixation component keeping leukocyte membrane intact and the cells viable.
Usage The CyLyse™ LV lysing solution is intended for red blood cell lysis following antibody staining of leukocytes in human peripheral whole blood. This solution is appropriate for use when viable leukocytes are required after red blood cell lysis. The lysing solution is a 10× concentrated and must be diluted 10× with deionized water prior to use (1 volume of concentrated solution with 9 volumes of deionized water). Always prepare a fresh 1× solution before lysis. The content of the vial (100 ml) is sufficient for 500 tests.
Storage 10× concentrated CyLyse™ LV store at 2-8 °C. The prepared solution (1× concentrated) is stable for 1 day when stored at room temperature.
Stability Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.

non-sterile CellTrics® filters (250/box)

CellTrics® are disposable filters for isolation of cells and nuclei from cell debris and aggregates. These non-sterile filters are bulk-packed and have tilted filters made from monofil nylon material with a 5µm-150µm mesh diameter. No additional devices are required. CellTrics® filters are not autoclavable and are for one-time use only.

sterile single-pack CellTrics® filters (50/box)
