THE site for Flow Cytometry and Antibody-Related Techniques…
Our aim is to be the premier online resource for assisting the design of complex multi-parameter flow cytometry experiments and identifying and sourcing reagents that are required for flow cytometry and all antibody-related techniques.
What makes Chromocyte different?
The combination of technical and commercial expertise
Chromocyte was conceived by its Founder and Chief Executive, Professor Graham Pockley. Graham is the Director of the John van Geest Cancer Research Centre in Nottingham and formerly the Professor of Immunobiology at the University of Sheffield Medical School in the UK. He has spent 27 years studying immunoregulatory mechanisms in health and disease and has over 173 publications (136 refereed publications, 20 peer-reviewed conference papers, 17 book chapters), and co-edited 3 books. His research has made extensive use of multiparameter flow cytometry. With his comprehensive experience, Graham realized that there was a need for a facility where all your flow cytometry requirements could be fulfilled under one roof. Chromocyte, based in the UK, is the result of this vision. He can provide a unique insight into the needs of end-users and can inform marketing strategies accordingly.
Tim Bernard, Head of Sales and Marketing, is an accomplished commercial leader and biotechnology consultant. He has over 25 years experience of executive level leadership within the life science sector and successfully operated and subsequently sold a significant player in the flow cytometry reagents business.
