Cytognos Lymphocytosis Studies - Lymphoclonal™
Lymphoclonal™
Lymphoclonal™® is a four-color direct immunofluorescence reagent designed to simultaneously determine in peripheral blood, bone marrow and other body fluids the major lymphocyte subpopulations, including the total number of T lymphocytes (CD3+), B lymphocytes (CD19+) and NK cells (CD3-CD56+) as well as helper/inducer (CD3+CD4+) and suppressor/cytotoxic (CD3+CD8+) T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes with immunoglobulins bearing kappa light chains (CD19+ Igk+), and B lymphocytes with immunoglobulins bearing lambda light chains (CD19+ Igl+).
Lymphoclonal™ represents a rapid, effective and reliable tool for initial screening of lymphocyte analysis since it determines the levels of a full range of cell subsets and helps to establish the diagnosis of B-lymphocyte clonality in a single tube.
