Beckman Coulter FC 500 Problem

Hi,

Our flow cytometer (Beckman Coulter FC 500) is currently unable to acquire tubes - can anyone please help?!! Technical support currently unavailable.

We have a MCL Carrousel In/Out error - the carrousel is correctly aligned, the bar codes are readable, there's no obvious obstruction, the 30 PSI gauge is reading slightly high if anything, the FACS tubes aren't cracked, all buffers are topped up and waste emptied, all lids screwed on tightly.

Any suggestions gratefully received!
