Beckman Coulter FC500 MCL Detector Settings

Hi,

I attended the flow cytometry users meeting at the University of Nottingham last week and was very interested in playing with chromocyte to design multicolour antibody panels.

However, I'm struggling to find any record of the detector settings we have for the machine I use - it's our machine, we don't go to a facility, so I'm wondering how I can find out this information? Are there standard settings for an FC500 that we can assume we have? We have both the 488nm and 633nm lasers.

I would be very grateful if someone could help point me in the right direction for this information!
