Product Focus: Invitrogen
Isolate cells directly from whole blood - then release and remove the beads! The gentle and tube-based Dynabeads® FlowComp™ technology will save time, reduce costs and minimize manipulations compared to isolations via PBMC.
Human CD14+ monocytes (isolated with Dynabeads® FlowComp™ Human CD14) show 96–99% purity, high recovery and increased viability. Functional responses are kept intact, and the cells can be used in flow cytometry and any downstream assay, including Mo-DC or cytokine release.
A range of FlowComp™ products are available for positive isolation of bead-free cells from human and mouse samples. |
